The Poplar Lawn Foundation, Inc. has filed for 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. All contributions towards the Foundation will be tax-deductible by the donor and will be recognized back to the date the organization was created, December 20, 2022. Thus, while our application is pending, the Foundation can treat itself as exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3).
